Key Responsibilities

• Academic Contributions:
  • Develop course curriculums, syllabi, and lecture materials.
  • Conduct research, publish papers, and present findings.
  • Supervise and mentor students and teaching assistants.
• Administrative Roles:
  • Participate in faculty and departmental meetings.
  • Organize guest seminars and faculty events.
  • Assist in student recruitment and evaluation processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential:
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • First-class or equivalent at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.
  • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 2 years post-Ph.D.

Remuneration Structure

• Consolidated monthly pay:
  • ₹1,31,400/- for non-retired candidates.
  • For retired government employees, remuneration ranges from ₹70,000/- to ₹1,60,000/- depending on the pay level at retirement.
