Eligibility Criteria for Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2024
A. Nationality
Candidates must be Indian citizens.
B. Age Limit (as of 01.11.2024)
- General: 28 years
- OBC (NCL): 31 years
- SC/ST: 33 years
- PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation.
C. Educational Qualification
- Engineering Disciplines: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical.
- Candidates must have obtained their degrees from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions.
- Minimum Percentage:
- UR/OBC/EWS: First Class
- SC/ST/PwBD: Pass Class
Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Computer-Based Test (85 marks):
- General Aptitude: Logical reasoning, numerical ability, and general knowledge.
- Technical Aptitude: Discipline-specific questions.
- Qualifying Marks:
- General/OBC/EWS: 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
- Personal Interview:
Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be invited for an interview in Bangalore.
Pay Scale and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹12–12.5 LPA).
- Allowances: DA, HRA, Performance-related pay, medical reimbursement, group insurance, PF, pension, and gratuity.
