Eligibility Criteria of AP Health Department Recruitment 2024

Age Limit

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 42 years (as of January 1, 2023)
• Relaxations:
  • SC/ST/BC/EWS: +5 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: +3 years
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD): +10 years

Educational Qualifications

1. Physician:
   • MD in General Medicine or equivalent.
2. Medical Officer:
   • MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
3. Staff Nurse:
   • Diploma in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
   • Registration with Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council.
4. DEIC Manager:
   • Master’s degree in Disability Rehabilitation Administration (MDRA) with qualifications in BPT, B.Sc. Nursing, or BOT.
5. Audiologist:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a recognized university.

Selection Process

1. Academic Qualification and Experience: Weightage based on marks and relevant experience.
2. Skill Test: Practical test assessing knowledge of MS Office and database management.
3. Interview: Final round to assess suitability for the role.

Total Marks Distribution:

• Academic Performance: 75 marks
• Work Experience: 10 marks
• Skill Test and Interview: 15 marks
