Bookings have already begun for ₹499.
Deliveries for both scooters will commence in April 2025.

Customer Service Challenges and Restructuring

The launch comes amidst Ola addressing past customer service complaints. Ola Electric claims to have resolved 99.1% of the 10,644 complaints flagged by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA). The company is also optimizing operations after recent layoffs to improve profitability.
